About the Role:

As a Web Content Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our website. Your responsibilities will include:

  • CONTENT MANAGEMENT - Update our website with current images, prices, and product descriptions
  • USER SUPPORT - Assist in implementing improvements to enhance the customer experience
  • WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT - Collaborate with the tech team to troubleshoot and resolve any website issues.

Expected Outcomes:

Within 15 Days

  • Begin updating the website with a backlog of new products and photos.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of information and pricing across the website.

Within 30 Days

  • Follow brand guidelines to maintain a cohesive look and feel.
  • Conduct basic user testing and provide feedback on website usability.

Within 45 Days

  • Assist in implementing improvements to enhance the user experience.
  • Help monitor website performance using web analytics tools.

Need to Have:

  • Experience with e-commerce - particularly WooCommerce (or desire to learn)
  • Ability to work remotely with the necessary tools and comfort.
  • Basic understanding of web technologies with a willingness to learn.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in the sign industry.
  • Interest in digital marketing and website management.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS).
  • Design background.
  • Knowledge of back-end website development.
  • Ideally located in the Denver metro area.

Schedule

  • Self-directed schedule; 10-25 hours a week

Compensation

  • $20-25 per hour

Job Types: Part-time, Contract
