About the Role:
As a Web Content Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our website. Your responsibilities will include:
- CONTENT MANAGEMENT - Update our website with current images, prices, and product descriptions
- USER SUPPORT - Assist in implementing improvements to enhance the customer experience
- WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT - Collaborate with the tech team to troubleshoot and resolve any website issues.
Expected Outcomes:
Within 15 Days
- Begin updating the website with a backlog of new products and photos.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of information and pricing across the website.
Within 30 Days
- Follow brand guidelines to maintain a cohesive look and feel.
- Conduct basic user testing and provide feedback on website usability.
Within 45 Days
- Assist in implementing improvements to enhance the user experience.
- Help monitor website performance using web analytics tools.
Need to Have:
- Experience with e-commerce - particularly WooCommerce (or desire to learn)
- Ability to work remotely with the necessary tools and comfort.
- Basic understanding of web technologies with a willingness to learn.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in the sign industry.
- Interest in digital marketing and website management.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS).
- Design background.
- Knowledge of back-end website development.
- Ideally located in the Denver metro area.
Schedule
- Self-directed schedule; 10-25 hours a week
Compensation
- $20-25 per hour
