Trace Hospitality is currently looking for a PRO who has 3-5 years UAE work experience. He should be capable of handling multiple tasks under minimum supervision and is willing to work in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Requirements:
1- Knowledge of UAE laws
2- Well knowledge about all visa processing, immigration, and labor, trade license renewal (NOCs)
3- Well knowledge about online submission and registration to different government entities
4- English Speaker and Arabic Speaker
5- Should be here in UAE (preferably in Abu Dhabi)
Duties & Responsibilities are but not limited to:
Responsible for processing/renewing and keeping track of the employees’ work documents (e.g. labor card, visa, insurance, contracts, cancellation) as described and by the UAE Labor Law
Responsible for processing/renewing and keeping track of all company legal documents including all company’s insurance policies (e.g. trade license, trade license classification, all risk insurance, workmen’s compensation insurance.)
Accountable for maintaining accurate records for all above duties
Keeping track of the ever-changing government rules and regulations and providing the management with information
Handling all vehicles renewal, equipment, and all issues related to the company
Performing ad hoc requirements from the manager

Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
