Job Description

The Private Markets Entity Structuring team is looking for a diligent Student who can commit to this role for at least 2 years. This role is designed to be a full-time role during the semester break and will offer flexibility during studies with three working days per week. The candidate will support with the following tasks:
  • Supporting the legal counsels with the establishment of fund entities in various jurisdictions;
  • Supporting the bank account opening processes with various banks;
  • Preparing and taking minutes of launch board meetings;
  • Supporting execution and filing of documents;
  • Updating various databases with fund information;
  • Collecting reports from service providers and compiling documents;
  • Managing and updating know your customer (KYC) information and contact sheets.
Requirements
  • Currently studying law or business administration with exposure to law;
  • Proficient language skills in German and good level of English;
  • Excellent MS office skills, in particular Word, Excel and Powerpoint;
  • Efficient organizational and clear communication skills;
  • Diligent working style with a strong focus on the details;
  • Strong commitment and motivation to contribute as a team-player in a high performance environment;
  • Ability to meet challenging deadlines while maintaining a high quality of work;
  • Strong interest in a professional career in the financial industry;
  • Prior exposure to the financial industry is of advantage.
