- Ensure that all physical aspects of the property are at all times fully functional and well maintained in an attractive condition.
- Conducts regular and routine property inspections to address issues, and ensure the property meets quality standards including maintenance.
- Direct and manage tenant functions in such a manner as to win and maintain the respect and goodwill of all tenants.
- Maintains property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints; enforcing rules of occupancy; inspecting vacant units and move-in/move-out and checking for damages, and completing repairs; planning renovations; identifying and inviting sub-contractors for repairs & maintenance quotes.
- Manage and oversee the maintenance, preventative maintenance, project services, civil work, cleaning services, security, pest control, contractors, and subcontractors in their overall planning, organization, and management of activities, within the allocated time, budget, and quality standards. Enforcing precautionary policies and procedures; responding to emergencies.
- To control and manage the property inventory and related material request and work order.
- Assist and coordinate in sales, marketing, and market research activities to fill vacant units by generating new prospects. Orient new tenants to the property and maintain a high level of customer service.
- Coordinate with Maintenance and Engineering department for all maintenance and repairs, including the regular maintenance and emergency repairs.
- Coordinate and support internal departments for all administrative activities.
- Support and assist other departments and tasks assigned by GM.
- Submit report to GM on a weekly basis related to all the activities performed, product or service issues, progress, proposed improvements, and the action plan for the coming week.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration or any relevant field
- 7 - 8 years of experience in a similar capacity within the Real Estate or Property Management Business Sector
- In depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management
- Well organized with excellent time management skills
- Must be good in English and Arabic communication skills
