The role

The role of the Resourcing Coordinator is to facilitate the allocation of Tribal consultants to customer assignments for the delivery of professional and technical services consultancy. The Resourcing Coordinator plays a key role in the day to day management of responding to new resourcing requests, liaising with customers and internal Tribal teams, and updating the Professional Services Operations (PSO) system.

The Resourcing Coordinator will utilise various business systems which facilitate the requests and assignment of Tribal consultants, including service catalogues, online booking request forms, consultancy request ticketing systems and shared mailboxes.

The Resourcing Coordinator will facilitate and attend various internal meetings and produce agendas and meeting notes where required. The Resourcing Coordinator will on occasion deputise for the Resource Manager in planning meetings with Project Managers.
