PROPERTY SERVICES ADMINISTRATOR WITH OFFICE EXPERIENCE
Immediate start available FULL TIME
The Position
· Handling email and phone inquiries.
· Taking messages and dealing with queries from Property Owners and Service Contractors.
· Submitting reports and preparing presentations and general research.
· Creating and updating databases for various forms of data, including personnel and financial information.
· Organising and scheduling maintenance/repair works
Key Skills and Experience
· Self-starter with ability to work on own initiative
· Structured and organised approach to manage workload
· Detail orientated with high level of accuracy
· Excellent communication skills and team player
· Be able to hit the ground running
· Confidentiality a priority
· References when requested.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From €27,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Galway, County Galway: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Office Administration: 1 year (required)
