Moree Plains Shire Council are seeking two (2) highly motivated individuals to join the Engineering Services Department.

  • Permanent full-time – 38 hours per week

ABOUT THE ROLES

As a Labourer you will be required to work within the Engineering Team to assist in providing safe and reliable access to the Moree Plains Shire to satisfy the economic and social needs of the community.

Salary and conditions will be in accordance with the Local Government (State) Award 2020.

ABOUT YOU

Council is looking for someone who has the following qualities, experience and/or qualifications:

  • Relevant work experience in a labouring environment or certificate of completion for a structured training program in a work-related area (Plant Operations/Construction).
  • General Construction Induction card.
  • Current NSW Provisional or Class C Driver’s Licence (Manual).
  • Demonstrated effective communication skills with the ability to understand written and verbal instructions.
