Key Client Manager Traineeship – DACH market (m/f/d)

In our unique concept of virtual 1-2-1 meetings, they also meet innovative software or consulting companies that can help them with their upcoming projects.
In your role sales a Key Client Manager Trainee you will grow from customer care representative key client manager in four stages, which build on each other. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is interested in starting a career in a commercial and dynamic environment. Four stages of this traineeship:
1. Customer Care Representative- Customer service on the phone and via email
- Delivering and scheduling meetings
- Assist in planning the 'speed date sessions' between decision makers and solution providers.
- Guide our attendees through our virtual platform before and during the meetings.
- Engaging our international clients by providing excellent customer experience
- Collecting feedback and providing services that meet needs
- You will join our 8 week international onboarding for the Key Client Manager role
- Initiating contact with C-level Executives by phone and on LinkedIn to excite them about our concept
- Showing them the value of our service and convincing them to becoming part of our exclusive business network in personal scheduled videocall meetings
- Learn more about their interests, investments plans and upcoming projects
- Maintaining a strong, personal, and trusted relationship with your key clients
- Engaging them to participate in our events and networking activities such as sailing trips, exclusive dinners, or sports activities, which you also will join yourself
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, hospitality,or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow intoa commercial, sales-based role
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
- German on a native level and English fluently

Recruitment process:
First phone call: I (Maria Botha) will schedule a phone call with you to discuss more about the role, the compensation model and answer any possible questions you might have. In addition to this, I would like to know who you are, what your experience has been, and what motivates you. The call will be in German.
Interview at our office: you will meet the hiring manager. There you can learn how the job will be like in specific. The conversation will be in English.
Interview at our office: you will have your final interview with a team manager, you will be asked to do a role play that you can prepare beforehand.
