This position is based at our friendly office in Roskilde, Denmark and you will join our Customer Service. The Customer Service is in charge of handling inquiries from internal employees as well as end-users.
The Customer Support Agent is a part time job which offers different inquiries on a large scale. The position requires a student card.

Notable, Customer Service played a big role in the MitID migration for all end-users within a BEC bank. Thus, the MitID migration is a well ended chapter, Customer Service is eager to take on the next project while still working closely with stakeholders, internal as well as external. At BEC, we work in a hybrid remote model, coming into the office 3 days a week and working remotely for 2 days.Primary task and responsibilities include:
Being available on the telephone and answering – often more than 60 – calls and mails on a daily basis .
Contribute on a team basis sharing knowledge.
Guiding users in using their net- and mobilebank.
To succeed you will have:
Basic understanding of IT-systems.
Communication on Danish and English both orally and written.
Being able to handle assignments before deadline.
Flexibility to help where the need arises .
