REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent English is mandatory (do not apply if you don't have this criteria)
- Minimum of 2 years proven working experience as a warehouse/distribution coordinator
- Solid understanding of warehouse/distribution processes, including inventory management, order fulfillment, receiving, and shipping
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory management, order processing, and documentation
- Proficiency in warehouse/distribution management systems or inventory tracking software and familiarity with barcode scanning systems or other automated warehouse/distribution technologies (ERP software experience is desirable not essential)
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and shipping carriers
- Experience monitoring department staff’s productivity/efficiency
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the organization and management of warehouse/distribution inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels, proper storage, and efficient utilization of space
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock counts to identify discrepancies or shortages, and take necessary actions to reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Receive incoming shipments and verify their contents against purchase orders or shipping documents
- Collaborate with the fulfillment team to coordinate the picking and packing of customer orders to ensure accurate and timely order processing
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, receipts, shipments, or any other relevant warehouse/distribution transactions, and generate reports such as inventory reports or shipping logs
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse/distribution environment by implementing proper storage techniques, labeling systems, and safety protocols to optimize efficiency
- Collaborate with warehouse/distribution staff to assign tasks, provide guidance and training, and ensure that workflow and productivity targets are met
