We are seeking a Professional Services Team Lead to join our team and be responsible for the successful implementation of our PRO.FILE software solutions at national and international companies. In this role, you will work closely with customers and their teams to plan and execute projects from specification to productive use, with a focus on improving engineering processes through integration with various CAD and ERP systems and document management.

- Hybrid in Hamburg, Essen, Bochum, or Karlsruhe (Germany)
Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of implementation specialists to deliver high-quality software solutions to customers.- Plan and oversee the implementation of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with customers and partners to identify and address their specific needs and requirements, and provide technical advice and guidance as needed.
- Manage project risks and issues, and escalate when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
- Continuously improve processes and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness of project delivery.
- Fluent in German (C1) and English
- Travel to Office and Clients
- Experience in Project Management with a focus on Software Implementation and Consulting
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Preferred
- Experience with Computer-Aided design (CAD)
- Experience with Product Lifecycle/Data Management (PLM/PDM)
- Experience with Document Management Systems (DMS)
