Personal Secretary [United Arab Emirates]


 

Need Female Personal Secretaty.

Responsibilities :

· Drafts reports, letters, and proposals, prepares and coordinates oral and written communication.

· Provide administrative and clerical support to departments or individuals.

· Determine matters of top priority and handle accordingly.

· Schedule meetings and arrange conference rooms.

· Alert manager about cancelations or new meetings.

· Manage travel and schedule.

· Prepare correspondence and stuff mail into envelopes.

· Arrange for outgoing mail and packages to be picked up.

· Prepare statistical reports.

· Manage spreadsheets.

· Prepare confidential and sensitive documents.

· Coordinates office management activities.

· Prepare agenda for meetings.

· Prepare and file minutes of meetings.

· Takes and transcribes dictation.

· Plans events and volunteer activities.

· Coordinate travel arrangements; prepares itineraries; prepares, compiles and maintains travel vouchers and records.

· Receive and relay telephone messages.

· Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.

· Sign for UPS/Fed Ex/Airborne packages and ensure the packages are delivered to the Management on timely manner
